Cookies Policy
This policy explains the limited technologies RocketWorks uses to operate its website, understand general visits and keep accounts secure.

1. About this policy
This policy applies to the public RocketWorks website and the RocketWorks member service operated by Softwarebox Solutions Ltd, trading as RocketWorks.
It explains cookies and similar browser technologies separately from the technical server records created when a website responds to a request. For more information about how RocketWorks uses personal information, please read our Privacy Policy.
2. What cookies and similar technologies are
A cookie is a small text file that a website asks a browser to store on a computer, phone or other device. Websites may also use local storage, session storage, pixels, tags or comparable technologies to store or access information on that device.
Some of these technologies are essential. For example, a member service may need to remember that a user has signed in, protect a form against misuse or retain a choice the user has made. Other technologies may be used for analytics, advertising or tracking.
3. Technologies RocketWorks currently uses

RocketWorks does not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, remarketing cookies or comparable cross-site advertising technology on its public website.
4. Basic visitor statistics through Webalizer
Like most websites, the RocketWorks server creates access logs when it receives a request. These records may contain the requested page or file, date and time, response status, referring page, browser or device information and the IP address used for the request.
Webalizer is installed on the RocketWorks server and analyses those records to produce statistical reports. The reports help us understand matters such as overall visit levels, commonly viewed pages, broad referral sources, browser types and whether visitors encounter missing pages or other technical problems.
RocketWorks uses this information to operate, secure and improve the website. We do not use Webalizer to create advertising profiles, recognise a visitor across unrelated websites, combine browsing with marketplace customer data or serve personalised advertising.
Webalizer works on the server after a request has been made. It does not place anything on the visitor’s device. The underlying server records may still contain personal information, particularly an IP address, so they are handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and retained only for the limited operational, security and reporting periods for which they are needed.
5. Why there is no cookies banner
A consent banner is needed when a website wants to use browser storage or access technologies that require the visitor’s permission. RocketWorks currently limits its use to essential functions and server-side Webalizer reporting, so an accept or reject banner would not control any non-essential tracking.
If RocketWorks later introduces analytics, advertising, embedded media, support widgets or other technologies that require consent, they will not be activated for a visitor until the required choice has been provided. We will also update this policy.
6. Third-party websites and embedded services
RocketWorks may link to other services, including its support service and ecommerce platforms such as eBay, Etsy and Shopify. A normal link does not give RocketWorks control over cookies placed after a visitor chooses to leave our site. Those services provide their own privacy and cookie information.
If we later embed third-party content directly into RocketWorks, we will assess what it stores or accesses before enabling it and provide any information or choice required by law.
7. Managing browser storage
Most browsers allow you to view, delete or block cookies and other stored website information. The controls are usually available in the browser’s privacy or site settings.
Blocking essential cookies may prevent member sign-in, security controls, forms or requested preferences from working correctly. Webalizer reporting is based on server access logs and is not controlled through browser cookie settings.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when RocketWorks introduces a new service, changes a provider or alters the technologies used on its websites. The latest version will always appear on this page with its updated date.
