How RocketWorks works

From a new order to a ready-to-send parcel.

RocketWorks turns incoming orders into clear making and packing work. It remembers how each product is made, keeps every physical item visible and helps you move the whole order towards dispatch without relying on memory.

One connected workshop

Open RocketWorks and know what happens next.

Instead of checking marketplace screens, handwritten lists and half-finished jobs, you get one dependable route through setup, making, packing, postage and dispatch. The more products RocketWorks remembers, the faster a repeat sale becomes ready-to-follow work, with the right variation, making steps, the supplies each step needs and packing checks already in place.

A busy weekend, without the usual scramble

When a wave of orders arrives, RocketWorks keeps the whole picture together.

New orders land from different shops. Some are complex, others need the same parts, one has an EU VAT posting notice and another has a buyer’s custom message. Add those reminders to the orders and RocketWorks shows what carried over from last week, what still needs gluing, which jobs can be made together and what is ready to pack - without rebuilding the day from marketplace screens, Notepad files or scraps of paper.

The complete journey

Seven simple steps. One clear view of the work.

Each step removes a familiar interruption from the working day. Orders come into one view, repeat products bring back their saved steps, timers and progress stay visible, and packing cannot quietly overtake unfinished work. You spend less time checking, remembering and correcting mistakes, and more time making.

1

Orders into RocketWorks

Bring today’s orders into one place

Upload your eBay or Etsy order file and see the work together. Customer details, ordered products, options and quantities stay with the order. Add a buyer message, custom request or EU VAT posting reminder so it remains visible while you make and pack, instead of hidden in a marketplace message thread.

One less daily check: Monday can start with orders from two shops already brought into one organised workshop view.
2

Teach it once

Tell RocketWorks how you make it

Match the ordered listing to a product you already know, or save its image, exact variation, making steps and packing checks. Attach each supply to the precise making step that needs it, with the amount and a useful note about how it is used. RocketWorks remembers which products and variations need that supply, where it fits into the work and where you prefer to buy more. It can also remember the listing or SKU, so the complete setup returns with a future order.

No searching or starting from scratch: The next order brings back the right steps and the supplies attached to each one, including how they are used and where to buy more.
Set it up once.Keep the right product, exact variation, making steps, step-specific supplies and packing checks ready for the next order.
3

Work ready to follow

See every physical item that needs making

RocketWorks prepares the saved making steps for every physical unit in the order. If a customer buys three, you see three items moving through production - not one easy-to-miss “Qty 3” line.

No quantity guesswork: Three ordered means three visible items, so one cannot be overlooked behind a single “Qty 3” line.
4

A calmer production day

Make similar jobs in one go

Need to sand the same component for two eBay orders and an Etsy order? Bring those untouched jobs together, work on them as one batch and update them together while RocketWorks keeps each customer’s order and progress separate. When you reach a making step, RocketWorks can show the supplies it needs, how they are used and where to buy more if you are running low. Start a print, curing cycle, drying step or other timed job and RocketWorks keeps track of the clock. If you stop for the day, pause the work and return knowing exactly where it reached. When the saved time is reached, RocketWorks can safely complete the step for you.

Less repeated work and fewer timers: Group the shared job once while RocketWorks keeps the clock and each order’s progress straight.
Know what to make next.Pause, time or batch the work while every order retains its own progress.
5

Nothing forgotten

Pack every item, one by one

When making is complete, the order moves into packing. Every physical item keeps its own checklist, including the easy-to-forget extras such as instructions, a handwritten note, fixings or a particular protective insert.

No packing-bench surprises: Packing remains visibly incomplete until every unit and every easy-to-forget extra is checked.
6

Postage made clearer

Spot orders that can share a parcel

If one customer places two compatible orders for the same address, RocketWorks identifies that they may be grouped and packed together. You can combine or separate them deliberately, helping you buy postage once instead of twice.

Avoid paying twice: Compatible orders to the same customer and address can travel in one deliberately grouped parcel.
7

Ready really means ready

Send the whole parcel with confidence

Record postage against the parcel and dispatch every active order inside it together. RocketWorks rechecks that all items are packed before dispatch, so an unfinished item cannot quietly disappear behind a completed order.

No last-minute second-guessing: Dispatch is only available when the parcel’s active orders are genuinely packed and ready.
Pack everything and post smarter.Keep every physical item, special instruction and order accounted for.

It becomes more useful over time

Your product knowledge stays with the work.

Adding the first few products takes a little care because you are moving valuable workshop knowledge out of your head. Once saved, that work can return automatically whenever the product sells again.
