Etsy remains the source of truth for your marketplace orders. Recording postage or dispatch in RocketWorks does not purchase a label, update Etsy or send an Etsy buyer a message.
Proposed connection · not available yet
Less uploading, the same workshop workflow.
We plan to request Etsy API access for a read-only connection that imports a seller’s own orders into RocketWorks for production and packing. It will not be enabled until the necessary approval, development and testing are complete.
- You choose whether to connect. The proposed connection will use Etsy’s own authorisation screen. RocketWorks will not ask for your Etsy password.
- Only the data needed for the work. The planned scope is the authorised shop’s order references, purchased items, quantities, options and delivery information required for fulfilment.
- Workshop organisation is the purpose. The proposal does not include listing publishing, checkout, competitor research, advertising, AI training or buyer-notification services.
- Clear controls before launch. We will explain permissions, refresh timing, retention, disconnection and deletion before the connection becomes available.
The current CSV service remains available independently of this proposal. No API launch date or approval is promised.
